is an old style of karate, initiated in its present form by Sensei Hubert
Laenen in Belgium. The style tries to re-discover "the old ways"
that perhaps have been de-emphasized in modern karate. The UK club
in Oxford was started simply to fulfill our own need to practice these
techniques. We try to visit the Honbu dojo in Belgium frequently to ensure
